Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that no refunds will be issued in the event that a customer misses their booking due to any actions of their own. In the event of a cancellation, a 70% refund will be issued for reservations paid for but not attended if the client cancels by 12:00 noon the day before the excursion, and a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled two days prior to departure. After the two-day period has elapsed, no refund will be provided. If you do not notify Asterias Travel within the specified time-frame, your entitlement to a refund will be revoked.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
